1. Sales conditions

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.

For security reasons, it is necessary to present the credit card used for the payment when checking in at the hotel.

Local city tax is mandatory and in addition to the booking rate. 1.10 Euros per person of more than 13 years old and per night. It is to be paid upon departure.

Check-in: from 3pm
Check-out: until noon

2. Cancellation & no show policy

The full amount of the stay is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

3. Children

Accommodation is free of charge for a child under 3 years old sharing his parents room.

Breakfast is half price for children under 12 years old.

4. Animals

Animals are welcome in our hotel. However, any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
The cost is of 5€ per day per animal.
